Can Büyükberber is a Turkish-born visual artist working at the intersection of art, science and technology. He was born in 1987 in Izmir. He studied Physics at Istanbul University and Visual Communication Design at Istanbul Bilgi University. As a Fulbright scholar, he received his master's degree in Art and Technology from the San Francisco Art Institute and participated in various artist programs in the US. Büyükberber creates immersive visual and audio experiences that explore human perception. His interdisciplinary practice utilizes generative artificial intelligence, projection mapping, virtual reality, geodesic domes and digital fabrication techniques to create futuristic environments where physical and digital spaces merge.
