Doğa Topçu was born in Istanbul, Türkiye, in 2001. She graduated from the Painting Department of Avni Akyol Fine Arts High School in 2019. Between 2019 and 2025, she completed her BFA in the Department of Ceramics and Glass Design at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University.

In her artistic practice, Topçu explores different alphabets, collective memory, and the relationship between vision and touch. Working primarily with ceramic and glass, she investigates these concepts through various firing processes and surface techniques. In 2023, she received the Ege Inner Wheel Club Special Award at the 17th Golden Pitcher Ceramic Competition. Her works are held in private collections.
